Full Original Design
Start with a general concept and work with our artist on an original design. We’ll explore the overall look and agree on the colours, layout and key details before payment.
How Custom Orders Work?

Submit Request
Complete the form with your design direction, sizing information and reference images. Include your preferred date if the set is for an occasion.

Decision
We review every request and decide whether we can take it. We reserve the right to decline any custom design. If we accept, you'll get an email with the price and a special checkout link on our website. If we can't take it, we'll email you that too.

Purchase
If your request is approved, we'll send you a payment instruction. We don't start designing or painting your nails until payment is complete. Once we start start painting no changes can be made.
