Sizing
How do I find my nail size?
Measure each natural nail at its widest point, following its curve with a flexible measuring tape, and record the width in millimetres. Measure both hands, then compare your measurements with the size information for the set you want. If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering.
What if I’m between sizes?
Send us your measurements and the design, shape and length you’re considering. We’ll help you check the available options before you buy. Avoid choosing a size by appearance alone.
Can I use the same size for every shape?
Check the size information for the exact option you’re buying. A size label alone may not tell you how a different shape or length will fit.
Application and Adhesives
What comes with my nail set?
Check the “What’s Included” section on the product page before ordering. It will list the nails and any adhesive or application items supplied with that particular set.
How do I apply press-on nails?
Begin with clean, dry natural nails and check the fit of each press-on before applying adhesive. Follow the preparation and application instructions for your chosen adhesive, then position each nail carefully and hold it as directed. Follow any product guidance about water exposure after application.
How do I choose between jelly glue and nail glue?
Check each product’s description for its intended use and instructions. Application and removal requirements can differ, so use the guidance for the exact adhesive you choose. If you’re unsure which option suits your set, contact us before ordering.
How long will my nails stay on?
Wear time depends on the fit, preparation, adhesive and your daily activities. Follow the instructions for your nail set and adhesive. There is no single wear time that applies to every combination.
Removal and Reuse
How do I remove my nails?
Follow the removal instructions for the adhesive you used. Work gently and never pull or force the nails off. If a nail is still firmly attached, continue with the recommended removal process instead of prying it away.
Can I reuse my press-on nails?
Reuse depends on the set, the adhesive and the condition of the nails after removal. Check the product’s care information, remove the nails gently and store any reusable pieces clean and dry. Stop reusing a piece if it is damaged or no longer fits properly.
How should I care for my set?
Avoid using your nails to open packaging or lift objects. Follow the product’s cleaning instructions and keep stored sets in a clean, dry place where they won’t be bent or crushed.
Custom Orders
How do I request a custom set?
Use the Custom Request Form to share your preferred shape, length, sizing details and design ideas. Please send new custom requests through the form so we can review everything in one place, including your reference images.
How much do custom nails cost?
Every custom set is quoted individually. The price depends on the design’s complexity, hand painting, 3D elements, charms, length and other requirements. We’ll confirm the final price with you before payment.
Can you recreate a design from a photo?
Choose Recreation and upload a clear reference. Tell us which details you love most. We’ll review the design and discuss any adaptations; handmade results and colours may differ from the original image.
Can I change my custom design after payment?
Please finalize your design and sizing before paying. For a later change, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll confirm whether it can be made and whether the price or timing would change. Changes cannot be guaranteed once work has begun.
Can I order for a specific event?
Include your preferred arrival date in the Custom Request Form. We’ll review the design and timing before confirming the order. Please allow for both production and delivery; entering a date does not guarantee arrival by that date.
Shipping and Orders
Do you ship to Canada and the United States?
Yes, we ship to Canada and the United States. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before payment.
How long does order processing take?
Ready-to-shop sets: [READY-TO-SHOP PROCESSING TIME]. Custom sets: the estimated production time is confirmed with your quote. Processing or production happens before dispatch and is separate from shipping time.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, estimated delivery is [CANADA DELIVERY ESTIMATE] within Canada and [US DELIVERY ESTIMATE] to the United States. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Any applicable customs or carrier delays may affect delivery.
Who pays any import charges on a US order?

Can I change or cancel an order?
Email orangepressonnailcanada@gmail.com with your order number and the change you need as soon as possible. We’ll check the order’s status and explain the available options under our order policy. Custom design changes are also subject to the guidance on our Custom page.
What if I have a problem with my order?
